Processing Time All products at Faith Meets Wellness are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This applies to all mugs, journals, and herbal tea products.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard US shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $70
- Express US shipping: $15.00
- International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.
