At Faith Meets Wellness, every product is made to order with intention and care through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand fully behind the quality of what we send you. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@faithmeetswellness.com with:

A clear photo of the item and the issue
Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or store credit — whichever you prefer. Printify's fulfillment guarantee covers misprints, damaged goods, and lost packages, and we pass that protection directly to you.

No Returns or Exchanges Because items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Herbal Tea & Wellness Products For health and safety reasons, all herbal tea and wellness products are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital Products Downloadable items (such as guided journals in digital format) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days and we will file a claim with Printify on your behalf.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right — just contact us within 30 days at hello@faithmeetswellness.com with a photo and your order number.

Since every item is made to order, here's what to expect:

Production time: 2–7 business days (mugs, journals, and apparel are printed and quality-checked before shipping)
Shipping time: 5–10 business days for standard US shipping once your order leaves the facility
Total estimated delivery: 7–17 business days from your order date

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Our products are made to order through Printify, a trusted global print-on-demand network. Depending on the item and your location, your order may be fulfilled at a facility in the United States, Canada, or Europe — always routed to the facility closest to you for faster delivery.

Every mug, journal, and apparel item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged with care before it ships directly to your door.

We chose this model intentionally — it means no overproduction, no waste, and every piece is created just for you. That aligns with our values of mindful, purposeful living.

Because every item is made to order, we begin production quickly after your order is placed. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, email us at hello@faithmeetswellness.com with your order number as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before production begins.

Once an item has entered production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. This is due to our print-on-demand process through Printify, where each piece is created specifically for you.

We recommend double-checking your order details — including size, quantity, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.
